I met these two at his brother's wedding and a couple days later, they contacted me and two weeks later they drove all the way back to the Eastern Shore so that I could shoot their engagement session! Well, fast-forward to this past August 29th at The Barn at Springfield Farm in Williamsport, Maryland, and they said I DO!! When I met these two in my downtown studio I knew things were going to go well. Everyone was smiling, they already loved my work and we just had to figure out a few details and then it was planning time for their engagement session. Heather wanted to surprise Joe and I was all for it. She booked a bed and breakfast across the street from the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum and that's where this party started! We went all over the place, explored new spots in St. Michaels that I hadn't been to and made memories that will last a lifetime! Never before had I visited two bars and did (at least) two shots of Fireball during a shoot while they changed twice and we all had fun. Delaware Wedding Photographer | Tony Weeg | Nassau Valley Vineyards
Few days are as important to a little girl than her wedding day and from the moment I met Kara, I knew that her big day was something she had been planning for a very, very long time. Her and Kevin grew up on the same street, as next door neighbors and have literally known each other nearly their entire lives. It was my honor to shoot their big day at Delaware's first and only award winning winery, Nassau Valley Vineyards. Decorations inside the venue were performed and created by the mastermind Jim Gray of The City Florist and the outside ceremony area as well as building exterior detail work was handle by the team at Yard Designs, Inc. Delicious catering was provided by the highly experienced team from Black Diamond Catering, led by Peter Roskovich. Below you will find my work from this event and I hope you enjoy. Wedding Photography | Tony Weeg | Salisbury, Maryland
Being asked to photograph a wedding is of very high honor. Being asked to shoot the wedding of a friend is even greater. Recently I shot this wedding at the historic Poplar Hill Mansion in Downtown, I mean, Newtown Salisbury. Home of many historic and colorful homes, Newtown and especially Poplar Hill Mansion lend themselves to very beautiful scenes and views you just can't get anywhere else in the Salisbury area. Tim and Dana's special day was so much fun to capture and Dana did everything she could to outfit this setting as described in all of her childhood dreams. Complete with quotes from their favorite books on every table with every set of silverware there was also a stack of books and beautiful hand-crafted flower arrangements by Jordan's Arthaus.
